The Utah open and public meetings act (OPMA) states that its goal is to ensure that the state, its agencies, and its political subdivisions deliberate and take action openly. To find agendas and meeting minutes, click on the link for the Utah Public Notice website. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the area titled “Browse for Notices”. Then click on “Charter School”, and scroll through to find “Bear River Charter School (Logan, UT)”, and select “Bear River Charter School Governing Board”. Meeting notices, as well as meeting minutes that have been approved by the board, are available for download. Please note that minutes for each monthly meeting are approved by the board during the meeting the subsequent month (i.e., February minutes are approved at the March meeting).
