I joined the BRCS community in fall of 2019. Since then, I have held many roles within the school to support our students' learning, including schoolwide/classroom SEL lessons, individual and group counseling services, behavior support, 504 coordination, and conducting psychoed evaluations for special education. I also work with several teams within the school to identify at-risk students and to plan interventions that will help them thrive. I feel incredibly lucky that I get to be the school psychologist at Bear River Charter School!
I am originally from Boise, ID and have lived in Logan since 2013. My undergraduate degree in psychology is from Idaho State University and I finished my M.Ed. and Ed.S. degrees here in Logan at USU. In my free time you might catch me walking my dog, reading in a hammock, or attending a yoga class. I also love crafting and try to integrate art into my work with students as frequently as possible!
